Good frozen yogurt overall, but they should fix their hours online so people don’t drive down to their shop to find it closed 20 mins before their listing says it does!

AT around 340 pm on a Wednesday afternoon I was waiting for a friends to arrive at Ultimate Yogurt in Arcata, before I was going to place my order, a custom milk shake, I was registering online for a Text 1 dollar discount, several spaces and tables available, I was also writing in my blog with laptop, while waiting for 2 friends to arrive that were finishing up their workout at HealthSport in Eureka…..….the lady asked me to either purchase something or leave. I explained that she was making a mistake, she said you have to have something in order to be sitting at our tables…..so my friends arrived next door, and we will never support of go to this Ultimate Yogurt place again…….ever……and tell everybody of this shockingly bad experience…..lost a customer for life!!

The yogurt was great. Far beyond that was seeing an employee, Jessica, cleaning the bathrooms. She had both doors open and didn't see me observing her. She was so maticulous! She washed down the door handles, additionally all around them, next all around the toilet seat cover holder, the toilet paper roll holder, the silver grab bar. That's just I could see her do. I have never witnessed a worker so thorough, especially not knowing someone was watching! Way to go Ultimate Yogurt. A clean place for dessert! Keeps you coming back. Keep that employee, she's that good!

Not sure what the previous review is on about, but it's not at all indicative of the service at Ultimate Yogurt. I've had nothing but pleasant experiences upon visiting - prices are expectedly elevated, as is true of every such self-serve froyo shop, but I've never had any issue with the staff.

Good Yougart it doesn't have a lot of different flavors but the ones they do have a really good and the people that work there are always nice. Nice atmosphere.

Good yogurt!

My kids loooove this place. It seems pricy to me but they have lots of different flavors of yogurt and a ton of toppings and the fruit looks really fresh. Also my kids get a ton of yogurt and toppings so maybe they are just expensive dates. The staff is always very nice, the place us very clean and the bathrooms are clean too.
